Hi at all,

why when I add an alias in my domain interface, the status stay on "Awaiting for approval" and the alias will not added ?

Can you tell me a solution ?

What I must to do ?
In a reseller interface, you can't manage a domain, and in the customer interface, the alias stay locked on this status

only the reseller can mangage the domain (user) and the alias Wink

log in as reseller > manage user and then take a look at the menu on the right side Smile

But what I need for finalize the adding of the alias !?
I think we have an error during the creation

I don't know what you want...

the user of the domain create an alias, the reseller get a mail and must allow this... in this mail is also a link. follow this link and everything is ok Wink

or go through the menu:

When a create an alias, the status stay "Awaiting for approval" and transfer never been "ok" !

So, it's an error, not another thing

did you login as reseller (reseller for this domain user!!), did you go to the Users page and then did you go to the menu "Aliases" on the left?

And did you read what it's saying?

please do this and then come back!
