Bandwitch limit - there is only information about exceeding transfer limit. It is not good sollution when we have many accoounts.

What kind of solution can you think of?
1) Send out notification emails to the user, reseller and admin if bandwidth reaches xx% of the total allocated limit for the user.
2) If bandwidth reaches the specified limit, do one of the following:
2.1) Suspend account
2.2) Send out a notification to user, reseller and admin (same as above but different message)
2.3) Do nothing.

After the system sends the mail to admin/reseller, it make a redirect of the domain on a page with a WARNING
