Good afternoon,
update of RC3 to RC4 my panel in Spanish does not identify the Ñ letter.
In order to recover this character in Spanish my traducion that I must do?
Single it omits this letter in the panel, webs if they show this character.

This is maybe caused by the change to UTF8 for the database connection.
Upload the language file again.
