Can`t reproduce this. Can you atach following files: ispcp/gui/client/protect_it.php and ispcp/gui/themes/omega_original/client/protect_it.tpl ?

Try this patch for ispcp/gui/themes/omega_original/client/protect_it.tpl. Guess it`s something wrong with encoding of your file.
