i tried to install vcddb on rc.3 and all i get is error 500. I think this is a host error on configuration, because i have another host without ispcp and on that one the same package works perfect. i guess this is a bug!

I think that this is the resource management, if you wolud like to use lot of resources than you (the domain/subdomain) must wait until the script runing before next apache request else you will get error 500. So this is not a bug...

nope, error 500 also occour if you are using debian etch and the standard php5.

or if you installed vcddb via ssh you must set the owner of the files and directories

vcd-db - is a video cd / dvd database i don`t think it can be called resource management , something like it .. i can deal with this .
i`ve asked for some ideeas for a little help ... i did'nt kill you ... and i also think if u knew what`s happening exactly you wold tell , not just playing so smart with permisions and stuff

try to update your php.
