Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - hendry - 06-16-2008 03:01 AM
I just upgraded to RC5 because of some problems with RC4. Everything went ok without errors, but now all mail is getting bounced:
Quote:Technical details of permanent failure:
PERM_FAILURE: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 5.7.1 <hendry@xxx.nl>: Relay access denied (state 14).
Where to look? It looks like the emailaddresses of ISPCP are unknown now for Postfix. My Postfix config looks like:

Wich configs are active btw? can it be in /etc/ispcp/postfix? Is there a way to regenerate all configs for postfix so that aliases are created again? Posted config was in /etc/postfix. The /etc/ispcp/postfix looks like this:

gutek Wrote:as root in mysql
UPDATE domain SET domain_status = 'change' WHERE domain_status = 'ok';
UPDATE mail_users SET status = 'change' WHERE status = 'ok';
an then on shell
/var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr
Trying it now to see how this works
RE: Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - hendry - 06-16-2008 06:38 AM
Ok, this works. When testing I also found that subdomains and aliases are not working anymore. After doing the same trick as stated above these are also working again. Can anyone tell me what the reason is that this all isn't working anymore after upgrading from RC4 to RC5?
RE: Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - RatS - 06-16-2008 07:21 AM
postfix infos are changed; I've fixed the update script; sorry for this, but no one wanted to test it ...
RE: Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - hendry - 06-16-2008 07:32 AM
Ok, thanx for the reply. Do I have to run some scripts after upgrading to RC5 or am I ready now?

Hope it help: http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/ticket/1348
@hendry you can restart update procedure. Or in this stage all you have to do is restart services
RE: Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - RatS - 06-16-2008 08:00 AM
no, you have to set all domains, aliasdomains, subdomains and email_users to "change" and run ispcp-rqst-mngr!
Fix will be added tomorrow in new packages.
RE: Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - DaSilva - 06-16-2008 03:26 PM
I used the first uploaded version of RC5 with an upgrade from RC4.
"domains, aliasdomains, subdomains and email_users to "change" and run ispcp-rqst-mngr" is done also.
Must I do something else?
RE: Relay problems after upgrade to RC5 - RatS - 06-16-2008 04:38 PM
no, I found nothing else
