Is there an ispCP official IRC chat room? If not I'll gladly donate a server or setup a channel on my small (yet nice and comfy) network.

there are 2 channels if i remember it right, on at freenode and one on the quakenet.

There was already a Question about a IRC-Channel.
But the Problem was that other user can search in the Forum for Solutions,
but not in a Channel

They can go into the IRC channel and attempt to get realtime assistance instead of delayed assistance from the forums provided people use it. ;-)

I agree, we should setup an irc server, on the server of isp-control, or just a free server on gamesurge doesn't really matter. (i have some space to run an irc server if you want) . Then we can assist for problems, and most of the times people don't use the search option on the forum. I think it could no harm if we try it, and mayby place some reports on the forum if we have fixed a problem on irc.

I like this idea, an IRC channel is a faster method to get help.
