I have installed ISPCP RC6 and even I try to create a FTP-Account, and want to choose the Directory, it says: "Can not open directory ! Please contact your administrator !".
Now I can not connect to the FTP Server, it (Filezilla) says:

If i want to display the awstats Page it would display an 404error.
My first impression let me think that ispcp is a pure chaos.

I have fixed the problem. The password in the proftp.conf can not include special chars like "\, &...". So it cannot connect to the MySQL Daemon.

where is your problem with your support? You have to pay nothing for the panel and it's Saturday. Please be patient and someone will help you...

I have a similar problem. And i do not use special chars in passwords.

Your FTP server is not running properly (try to connect with an ftp client and you'll see). Follow this guide to try to fix it...
