maybe I don't understand right: you don't have access to the control panel any more (after enabling the webmail.* and other urls)?
Maybe the command "apache2 -S" helps you to find the problem (be sure that the default vhost is the master vhost (ispcp).

Seems that the directive "NameVirtualHost" appears *after* the first "VirtualHost 88.183.157.62:80" directive in the config files.
Maybe it's easier if you post the whole 00_master.conf - there's something wrong
