There are 3 ways:
See Changelog File in downloaded packages for a description of each modification made.
Follow timeline (http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/timeline).
Save everytime downloaded trunk an make a diff between installed one and the one you want to install

Thanks very much...

I've looked in both the changelog and the timeline, and I don't seem to be able to see where the required changes are...

Is it vital to the stability of ISPCP that I make them?

Use kompare or diff to see what is changed in ispcp.conf. And yes it`s vital.
