No control panel or any pages - DJSADERS - 10-12-2008 07:11 AM

I have installed ispcp many times now and every time they usually work perfectly straight out of the box, however when i install ispcp at the moment it says it installs all correctly and perfectly.

but when i go to the url to access the control panel im just greated with it trying to download the webpage instead of viewing it, and im not sure why this is.

during install i removed the libapache-fastcgi and postfix-tls from the catalog as these were not found.

im wondering whether it is a debian or php error

its on a debian etch system

You need to install either libapache2-fastcgi or libapache2-fcgid Wink

You need to read INSTALL file Smile . For fastcgi you need to add contrib and non-free to repository. fcgi is installed from main repository but support was added after RC6 was release.

Never thought of that i thought that the install would do that for me so i ahve to enable them in apache2? wouldnt that go automatisch?

btw thanks for reply

i think they are enabled now:
But i get this error when starting apache2

Syntax error on line 21 of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/fastcgi_ispcp.conf:
FastCgiWrapper: "/usr/lib/apache2/suexec" execute access for server (uid 33, gid 33) failed: stat(/usr/lib/apache2/suexec) failed: No such file or directory

Ok thanks!
It works now Big Grin
