I noticed when I removed the site and readded it, it was missing a ton of stuff the other sites had. I tried readding it under a different hosting plan and all the proper if modules were there.
It is fixed.
Basically, for whatever reason, the hosting plan was preventing that from being added. I used a different hosting plan and it worked without a hitch. No idea why I didn't try that earlier and I have no idea why that bug was there or how to fix it. If I figure out how to fix it, I will let you all know.
