We need to have a few payment gateways added. When someone purchases a hosting package, have it redirect them to PayPal, then bring them back after payment.
They need a Pay Bill option in their customer login.

Please search here in the Forum with "billing" there are some Threads about it.
But maybe not that what you wanna hear.
