In ispcp has a package to ubuntu 8.0.4 and I am with ubuntu 8.10 how to install packages?

If the documentation hasn't been updated to the latest Ubuntu LTS, just install following the old instructions. If you encounter any problems, report back here and we'll review and fix if necessary.
