proftp /etc/proftpd/ispcp error? - brianhenson - 01-15-2009 03:49 PM

I resently upgraded from RC6 on debian etch and now the proftp and the admin panel are complaining about a missing /etc/proftpd/ispcp/{domain}.conf. I looked over the backup and the new files an I cannot find where this was created or anything. All the domains as of current have a unknown error on them. Any ensite on what could be causing this? The panel worked perfectly until tonight after the upgrade.
Ok i have found the solution and it is a tricky one. First you must regenerate the configs following the howto http://www.isp-control.net/documentation/howto/ispcp/regenerate_config then you have to manually change the subdomains that have this error store_file() | ERROR: Can't open file |/etc/proftpd/ispcp/domain.conf| for writing: No such file or directory to change then run the process again and it will fix the error bug report to follow
