[RESOLVED?] PHP missing POST values - d4f - 02-10-2009 04:44 AM

Hello,

I've been running RC6 since it's release without any problems.
But since today PHP simply doesn't get any POST values anymore.

Any(!) website in the whole installation has a "POST"-Request marked in the access.log, but no single value comes through to PHP.

Strangely (and luckily) in the Isp-Control's admin panel the POST-values still work.
It seems as if just the customers where affected.

It may have been caused by a hard-reboot when we added some more RAM to it (it's running as XEN Guest), but as I've been unable to find any error messages and seeing that everything else is just running just as normal it seems unlikely.

Any help, hint or idea is much appreciated. SOS Smile

[EDIT]
Tried upgrading to RC7, didnt change anything Sad

any strange apache modules running?
any php security software running?

I'd first focus on php and php settings...
what does phpinfo tell?

/J

When comparing to another server everything, including phpinfo is identical. It's just that the POST-values are missing.
The server is running Debian Etch minimal with Ispcontrol... nothing added, nothing removed.

Strangely after rebooting the hardware node it now works again. I have absolutely no clue why as all other virtual machines were running fine but at least it works Tongue
I'll try to reproduce the error (on a non-productive machine *lol*), and see if it has anything to do with either XEN or Ispcontrol, or if it was just some penguin getting angry...

But thank you very much for your help Smile
