Hi mafia,
normally, when you register a domain you can enter an ip adress where this domain shall point to. So you'll have to enter the ip adress of your server there and the domain will point to your server.

It is hard to understand what you mean. Do you have your ispCP server at home? And why do you have three internet connections?
