Main IspCP Domain Bind Question - meph137 - 02-28-2009 11:42 PM

Hi all, I'm setting up my live IspCP server and have a DNS related question.

I want my actual server to be s1.domain.com, and to access IspCP via ispcp.s1.domain.com, and I also want to host http://www.domain.com on the same server as my actual website. By default this setup seems to work ok but I notice that IspCP has made its own DNS zone for ispcp.s1.domain.com. Is this ok, or would you suggest removing the child domain and putting the contents in the domain.com zone file?

I haven't really worked with a setup in this manner and it looks a bit odd.

My past experience is that it works both ways...
