[SOLVED] Disable open_basedir restrictions - PureLoneWolf - 03-14-2009 08:11 AM Hi there Is it possible to disable this option for a specific domain or subdomain..or failing that, the whole server. I would be very grateful if someone could let me know what to do so that any changes aren't overwritten. Many thanks Dave RE: Disable open_basedir restrictions - rbtux - 03-14-2009 10:25 AM jep when executing find for php.ini (find /var -name php.ini) you will find out that you have a php.ini for every domain. just edit the according file... RE: Disable open_basedir restrictions - alecksievici - 03-14-2009 04:49 PM in debian the path is /var/www/fcgi/domain.tld/php5/php.ini ![]() all you have to do is comment the open_basedir line and you won't have that problem anymore and even if you upgrade ispcp those files won't be overwritten RE: Disable open_basedir restrictions - PureLoneWolf - 03-14-2009 09:05 PM Superb, thank you rbtux and alecksievici I also found the templates so that I can change the defaults for new sites being created and tested it... (/etc/ispcp/fcgi/parts/php5/php.ini) Everything is working perfectly now. Thanks again :-) |
