upgrade RC6 => Stable https does not work on control panel - duffbeer - 03-23-2009 07:46 PM

yesterday i made an upgrade from ispcp RC6 to its stable release.
everything worked well ad i am able to use it via http access. I have an adapted configurationfile for my apache as decribed in the HowTo section.
I am using HTTPS and an alternative port (9000) for my control panel.
This configuration worked perfectly on RC6. Even now in the stable version i am able to access the loginscreen via https without any problems, BUT after pressing the "login" button it hangs and doesnt do anything.
I saw a "configuration flag" in the index.php after redered into html.
"<!-- /* Uncomment this, to use SSL-Switch */"
so there seems to be a possibility to switch between "http" and "https" on the loginscreen.

Is there some new configuration switch in the stable release? can i somewhere "activate" a special https functionality? thanking yu very much inadvance for your help

best regards,
duffbeer
