Yes that´s right. But make only sense on low traffic sites.
We can talk here hours around that topic Smile

In most cases modify the config to set more RAM free OR give your Server more RAM.

if you want to get a long with low ram requirements,
just switch of fastcgi and turn on mod_php.
This will save you a lot of ram at the cost of security.
But this can maybe be ignored if you're using the server exclusively and only with few domains. (< 10-20)

He was only about Plesk itself... not the "rest" of the server.
