I have a domain staynet.ru and as a show of his domain. I need to go to the panel admin.staynet.ru. how can I do?and why this error?

Notice that you also have to add a A-Record for server1.staynet.ru if you want to use that url to enter the webinterface.
(If you have set a Wildcard, you won't have to do that, but there are still some provider outside, that do not support Wildcards)

server1.staynet.ru-it is a subdomain, I get it if there is only staynet.ru?

Doesn't matter if it's a subdomain or not, the important thing is, that there is a DNS Record for this domain.
So you can also use sdadashdasdhjas.staynet.ru or admin.staynet.ru or .... if you like to.
So you can't use a frameredirection or something like this ;P

where the record for that domain should be? I always register the name? sorry for my inexperience
