some users of my system are having problems with this from many of its recipients:
Recipient address rejected: temporarily blocked because of previous errors - retrying too fast. penalty: 30 seconds x 0 retries.>
I guess this is policy-weightd, postgrey?
Is it possible to turn of this pr account?

you may want to inform yourself about postfix restriction classes...
