What files do i have to backup to have the same configuration after a SO reinstall?

I identified until now:
/etc/ispcp, shadow, password, group
Apache, bind, ftp, mail configs will be regenerated by ispcp manager.

Is there a list of files somewhere here?

MySQL ?

I think ISP config DB will be enough as all account backups have the sql dump included.
I will import all the accounts after everything is installed.

Also, /var/log will be a good idea.
Account emails are included in account backup or i have to save /var/mail ?

Well, i only found 2 threads but is kind of strange what i see there.
I mean, i don't see what i have to backup apache configs or bind9 configs for ex.
Or /etc/aliases or ... a lot of files.

All of them will be overwritten after ispCP is installed, the main DB is imported and config files generated again.

Those tutorials are quite useless if you ask me.
This is why asked for help ... but well, i will try to get a 2nd VPS and do it by trial and error if i won't get help.

I'm wondering how did i missed that thread.

Anyway, why is necessarily to backup this configs ?
Code:
www-1# rsync -az -e ssh /etc/courier/* www-2:/etc/courier
www-1# rsync -az -e ssh /etc/postfix/* www-2:/etc/postfix
www-1# rsync -az -e ssh /etc/proftpd.conf www-2:/etc/

They are not regenerated by the ispcp-rqst-mngr ?
And also, why email are not included in the backup generated every night for suer accounts?
Or at least a separated bz2 file?
