I need to assign a domain in this account of a users to another users you can do so through the panel or only solution is to delete the domain (the saved mail, db, files manually) and recreate it?

you mean a domain alias?
-> only delete and recreate (with normal ispcp methods)
or you mean a domain from one reseller to another?
-> you can move users from one reseller to another.

Does anybody working on script, that could automate this process? (I need it now, so I am thinking about writing such script - it is very simple to forget something..
