New user : problem logging in - jonaskellens - 12-01-2009 01:25 AM Hello ! I'm new to ispCP and new to this forum. I have just successfully installed ispCP on Centos 5.4 i386. When I try to sign in to the admin-page it tells me the password is wrong. I have tried several times and now I'm locked out . How can I retrieve the password ? (I'm sure I have the right password but apparently something went wrong) What can I do now I'm locked out ?? Thanks for handling my question. Kind regards, RE: New user : problem logging in - Lucan - 12-01-2009 01:48 AM press the "lost password" link? I only have the message that I'm blocked. I could change it directly in the mysql-DB if I knew where it is situated (admin-table ??) and in what format the password has been saved (password, md5 sha-1 ??) In which table is this 'block' situated ?? I really do not find a table in the ispcp-database which has a 'block' field. Resending a link to create a new password does not help. First of all the webserver is running on my local network and I don't see how the mailserver can be correctly configured after a clean install. When looking at the mail (in /var/spool/courier/msgs/) there's just a link that resends a newly created password. Still don't know which password is linked with the admin-user this way. |
