I built nagios by source then saw this document http://isp-control.net/documentation/doku.php?id=howto:monitoring:setup_nagios
I have the newer version of nagios and built from source so the setup was a bit different but I believe the apache access part is basically the same.
I'm still receiving "You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server."
EDIT: It appears that only PHP files are getting that. Is there something I need to include that allows PHP?
