Doesn't look that good if the page throws errors all the time ...

RE: isp-control.net is laggy, - BeNe - 10-21-2007 03:48 AM

Yeah that is right!
Everbody would mean that this is a ispCP problem.

Yeah there is an old Version running on this Server.
A version before we changed to the new Name...

RE: isp-control.net is laggy, - raphael - 10-21-2007 07:16 AM

* raphael just got two more 500's

RE: isp-control.net is laggy, - heiti - 10-21-2007 10:08 AM

hmm...just got 3 in a row:
Error 500! /forum/isp-controlnet-is-laggy-t-906-7.html Internal Server Error!

Maybe try pushing this higher (8 is default and Trac isnt that load-friendly) if RAM allows it. Im using childs=30/max-req=10k on a server running RC2 with some handmade updates (~500k PIs per day) and got completely rid of 500ers with everything >15.
Config is set to: FastCgiConfig -idle-timeout 300 -killInterval 60 -multiThreshold 80 -startDelay 5 -maxClassProcesses 10 -maxProcesses 400 -minProcesses 10 -listen-queue-depth 400

works perfectly here but as always depends on your hardware

PS: got a 500 while publishing this post but before even lots of mysql-errors occur

RE: isp-control.net is laggy, - ephigenie - 10-21-2007 09:24 PM

I was using fcgid instead of mod_fastcgi - but i changed back now and used a config near to that used by raphael.

Only the trac continues to run as fcgi with fcgid... so lets see if that works better.
