# mailq | grep email-use | awk {'print $1'} | sed s/*//g | postsuper -d -
-bash: postsuper: command not found
i found only 3 posts in Japanese but I did not understand much about how to solve. any advice?

You have to be root to use postsuper (it's in /usr/sbin).
