How to fix this error I checked forum and try with fix but still same error

i get exact the same error if i try to run update. the problem here is a new fcgid/apache version. try to restart apache2
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart... if you get an error this is the reason why it will fail there...

btw my solution to run ispcp-update properly was to change/delete the ispcp_fcgid.conf
but it can be another reason too...
