1. OS/Distro and version of your server
2. Ispcp version (any patches or modifications?)
3. Enable debug mode in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and add a domain alias (activate it also). Then attach the corresponding /var/log/ispcp/ispcp-als-mngr.{stdout,stderr} files
