Correction:
mydestination is both
myhostname and mydomain - so
mydomain.tld and mydomain.tld.local

if you change
myhostname = mydomain.tld
to
myhostname = hostname.mydomain.tld

(of course hostname.domain.tld should resolve to your ip) then it should work...
