For English speakers this thread in the German corner worked for me. The sasl auth daemon was not running by default on my ispCP box. This definately needs in the next release of ispcp! following the directions found in this thread did not fix my problem as the sasldaemon was not running on my box and it was not set to run on startup. I hope this helps someone! I'm sure ispCP admins are going to get more and more innundated with Outlook 2010 problems not working as the suite gets more popular.

Thanks everyone,

David
