Mail relay to customer server (mx backup etc)

This is a quick mod (series of patches will follow) to enable the ispcp server to act as a "mx backup" and "mx cleaner+forwarder" for a customer server.

I will try to get it in RC5 or RC6 (working on RC5 right now).

I'm adding a polished patch, that applies cleanly to r1204 (no fuzz etc). To use add the transport table to relay_domains (or look in the thread how to do it).
