Some errors on around "Execute Query" option on a database

The query must be run as a specific user, so I think it would be much cleaner to just put it on the sql user line, instead of the database line.
Currently you get a "User does not exist or you do not have permission to access this interface!" error if you click the link when no user exist. This wouldn't ever even be seen if this link was moved. (unless someone was doing something they shouldn't be)
Also, if you click the Execute Query link when there are more than one sql user added for a database, it uses the last one (at least in my trials). If we moved the link down to the user level, then it could use the user that you clicked the link for.
If i click the Execute Query link currently, my menu's disappear. Not sure whats wrong here, probably just a little but with the template sql_execute_query.tpl.
Also, when i try to run a query I just get a totally white screen instead of the expected results. Didn't get a chance to look into the cause of this one.
And finally, the current check to see if you have any users defined before trying to run a query, I believe only checks whether you have sql users for any database, and not if you have any sql users for the current database you are trying to run a query against. Again, this would be fixed if the link was moved to the user.
