'#' in passwords don't work in setup

I used a password containing a alphas, numbers an # in ispcp-setup but the password was rejected by mysql (pw worked on mysql-console). After I changed the # with a number in the password of mysql, the password was accepted.
After setup I can successfully change the password containing # with ispcp-db-passwd
