Support ticke - client repy word is bad

If a client account replys to a ticket, the email that gets sent to the reseller says:
"You have an answer for this ticket:"
It should say something more along the lines of:
"Ticket has been updated:" or "clientdomain.com has updated the ticket:", etc...
