Lost body of support ticket, if no subject

I just got this complaint from a customer.
If you fill out a support ticket, but leave the subject blank, the page posts to the server but gives an error that there is no subject. However while displaying the error, the body of the message gets wiped.
Very bad if you already have an already angry customer... Luckily this time it was a happy customer. :)
