Description
I think it would be quite useful for management if every domain and every subdomain would have its own config file and not every domain is listed in one configuration file. Will create a great bunch of new confs however for a domain change the backend could just recreate the config file and not consider all other domains as well.
/etc/apache2/ispcp_vhosts/ will contain the confs and maybe as a small addition if you create a domain.conf.lock file this conf can be locked from further recreation if you want to make special changes.
