Several issues for the Ticket Support System

1. When a new ticket is created from client, the field "Last reply" should be set to 'never' ;

2. When a new ticket is created from client , the admin can access to it. That is bad because normally, only the reseller should be able to read the ticket. Imagine if during a private conversation, confidential information is sent. I know that administrator can directly access data stored in the database, but this is not a reason.

3. When the reseller has answered a ticket, it should be redirected to the front page of ticket system --> ticket_system.php.
