Blocking special chars in sqluser password

In the documentation of ispCP is a note of don't using special chars like % $ @. So we have to check the sqluser password by adding a user on such chars. I like special chars in a password but on linux we will get troubles.
I mean chars they have to be escaped on the console! So we need to block them!
