The message sended to the reseller at the regeneration of the password by admin is very bad. See below.

Please don't get mad, you have still the chance to take it back. ;) Tickets like this are really easy to fix. You should not block all the tickets: 22 out of 30 open tickets in 1.0.8 are blocked by you. I cannot assume that you are working on all of them. Just release some easy tickets so others grab them. If you watch the roadmap for this milestone, there is no help needed. So please take some time and sort the tickets (set ownership for those you want to do, assign those you are working on at the moment or those that are related and release the rest).
