Domain expiry date in user and order forms

Description

It would be nice to have the possibility of directly being able to specify the domain expiry date when either validating an order form (reseller/orders.php) or creating a user (reseller/user_add3.php).

It would avoid having to edit the domain once it is created to specify the expiry date (currently available in file reseller/user_add3.php)
