Protected area's files are regenerated in wrong place during update

Can be confirmed by the following test:

1. Connect to customer interface

2. Go to protected_areas.php

3. Create new protected area for root htdocs directory

Note: a new .htacces files was created under /var/www/virtual/domain.tld/htdocs

4. From reseller interface, disable the domain

5. run /var/www/ispcp/engine/setup/ispcp-update

Result: The .htaccess file was regenerated under the htdocs directory linked to the disable page instead of the real customer htdocs ( htdocs.disabled )
