Move subdomain location to /domain.tld/Subdomains/subdomain.tld by default

I think this would increase the the structure. Had Customer accounts with about 10 Subdomains, and the ftp view was a bit confusing to him XD so i had to move them all. Now its fine, but why dont do it by default.

I'd say no.

With the current behaviour it is easy to identify subdomains and aliases.

hm, why dont put all the aliasses into a folder domain.tld/alias/

Or, why dont add a configuration somewhere into the admin section, to control this behavior?
