Wrong host permission when using external mysql server

Description

If using an external mysql server (not localhost) the 'Host' permission in database 'mysql' for table 'user' and 'tables_priv' are false. After a fresh install the field 'Host' contained the hostname of the external mysql server (!) and ispCP/proftpd were unable to connect. Field 'Host' should be set to the name of the host running ispCP.

We don't, oficially, support running any of the daemons in an other server other than the one running ispCP.

So, this is a feature, not a bug.
