Dovecot - coopa - 01-11-2010 06:53 AM I have changed from courier to dovecot but the link to the file ispcp-dovecot-mngr no longer works! http://www.isp-control.net/forum/attachment.php?aid=830 Can someone point me in the correct direction for this file? Cheers RE: Dovecot - coopa - 01-11-2010 09:11 AM I have found the file and placed it in the correct location, but it seems there are still files missing Jan 10 23:02:12 nethost dovecot: imap-login: Login: user=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, method=PLAIN, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, secured Jan 10 23:02:12 nethost dovecot: IMAP(shaun@XXXXX.co.uk): Disconnected: Logged out Jan 10 23:02:14 nethost dovecot: imap-login: Login: user=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, method=PLAIN, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, secured Jan 10 23:02:14 nethost dovecot: IMAP(shaun@XXXXX.co.uk): Disconnected: Logged out Jan 10 23:02:35 nethost postfix/smtpd[4412]: connect from nethost.XXXXX.co.uk.local[127.0.0.1] Jan 10 23:02:35 nethost postfix/smtpd[4412]: B47126FC1C9: client=nethost.XXXXX.co.uk.local[127.0.0.1] Jan 10 23:02:35 nethost postfix/cleanup[4414]: B47126FC1C9: message-id=<849face5ea94a51f15ea25ce44597995.squirrel@admin.XXXXX.co.uk> Jan 10 23:02:35 nethost postfix/qmgr[4364]: B47126FC1C9: from=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, size=807, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Jan 10 23:02:35 nethost postfix/smtpd[4412]: disconnect from nethost.XXXXX.co.uk.local[127.0.0.1] Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost dovecot: imap-login: Login: user=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, method=PLAIN, rip=127.0.0.1, lip=127.0.0.1, secured Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost postfix/smtp[4415]: B47126FC1C9: to=<shaun@xxx-ne.co.uk>, relay=mailserver.xxx-ne.co.uk[213.171.216.66]:25, delay=0.37, delays=0.08/0.05/0.16/0.08, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host mailserver.xxx-ne.co.uk[213.171.216.66] said: 550 <shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found (in reply to RCPT TO command)) Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost postfix/cleanup[4414]: 19B366FC1CB: message-id=<20100110230236.19B366FC1CB@nethost.XXXXX.co.uk> Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost postfix/bounce[4419]: B47126FC1C9: sender non-delivery notification: 19B366FC1CB Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost postfix/qmgr[4364]: 19B366FC1CB: from=<>, size=2973, nrcpt=1 (queue active) Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost postfix/qmgr[4364]: B47126FC1C9: removed Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost pipe[4421]: fatal: pipe_command: execvp /usr/local/libexec/dovecot/deliver: No such file or directory Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost dovecot: IMAP(shaun@XXXXX.co.uk): Disconnected: Logged out Jan 10 23:02:36 nethost postfix/pipe[4420]: 19B366FC1CB: to=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, relay=dovecot, delay=0.04, delays=0.01/0.01/0/0.02, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (temporary failure. RE: Dovecot - aseques - 01-11-2010 06:49 PM Ups, when updating the link, just forgot to update the link in the wiki, the correct attachment is the one in this post: http://www.isp-control.net/forum/thread-6088-post-49018.html For the error you are posting it seems that you are using the *BSD config for postfix's master.cf (/usr/local/libexec/dovecot/deliver), but if you are on Linux, this is probably on /usr/lib/dovecot/deliver. In any case just look at where is "deliver" and adapt master.cf accordingly RE: Dovecot - coopa - 01-11-2010 09:01 PM (01-11-2010 06:49 PM)aseques Wrote: Ups, when updating the link, just forgot to update the link in the wiki, the correct attachment is the one in this post: Hi Aseques, I have done what you said but for some reason the -s within:- dovecot unix - n n - - pipe flags=DRhu user=vmail:mail argv=/usr/lib/dovecot/deliver -f ${sender} -d ${recipient} -s gives the following error:- Jan 10 23:43:24 nethost postfix/pipe[5164]: E24226FC1CA: to=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, relay=dovecot, delay=0.02, delays=0.01/0.01/0/0.01, dsn=5.3.0, status=bounced (command line usage error. RE: Dovecot - rbtux - 01-11-2010 09:54 PM The error Domain Not Found (Sender Address rejected) is because there is no a or mx dns record for the domain of the sending mail address. (this can also be caused by wrong dns resolver configuration, but I'm not sure if postfix would use a 450 error code then...) Verify the domain on the server using "host domain.co.uk". The postfix parameter that causes that (correct) behavior is reject_unknown_sender_domain unter smtpd_*_restrictions in your /etc/postfix/main.cf RE: Dovecot - aseques - 01-11-2010 10:51 PM Quote:Jan 10 23:43:24 nethost postfix/pipe[5164]: E24226FC1CA: to=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, relay=dovecot, delay=0.02, delays=0.01/0.01/0/0.01, dsn=5.3.0, status=bounced (command line usage error. If you are on debian, I would use nothing before lenny (at least on a new install), and at least dovecot 1.0.x RE: Dovecot - coopa - 01-12-2010 04:47 AM (01-11-2010 10:51 PM)aseques Wrote:Quote:Jan 10 23:43:24 nethost postfix/pipe[5164]: E24226FC1CA: to=<shaun@XXXXX.co.uk>, relay=dovecot, delay=0.02, delays=0.01/0.01/0/0.01, dsn=5.3.0, status=bounced (command line usage error. You could ignore this -s parameter too, it is basically to subscribe you to the mailboxes that are created (such as junk and so on) http://wiki.dovecot.org/LDA |
