I can not reproduce. Is class.ispcpUpdate.php exists in gui/include ? Can it be read?

I do not think its a true bug, because on other servers not this problem bho!! I open ticket

It is a bug. I found when this happen, I corrected and I`ll fix it right now

Update to r1972 or manually modify gui/include/login.php as in http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/changeset/1972
As workaround until you update first perform database updates then check if new version is available.
