IspCP website path

Hello everyone. I have an old machine(700Mhz CPU, 256MB Ram), and i have two HDD(10+40). I want to install ispCP on my machine(xubuntu) but i want to use 40GB HDD for website files. Where is ispCp file path? under var/www or home/$user?? Thax for all.

Thanx for your answer. But i asked user files path. For example domain.com's files..

Thanx for your help. I will mount 40Gb hdd to var/www directory before installing.
