Problem with admin login

i am having problems to login
when i do it keep sending me back to the login
after 3 times its exit and banned for 30 min

i try'ed with a new pasword also with no succes

dont ask me how but it works again
restarted ispcp with ssh commandlines
and i could login again

ok next problem
email account wont delete
same email account wont update the pasword

is there a simple way to resolve this?
where and how can i test find or edit files/commands
